GARDEN LIGHTING REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

Garden Lighting Repairs & Ongoing Maintenance

Keeping garden lighting systems working safely, reliably and as intended, with expert fault finding, repairs and ongoing care.

Why Choose Us

WHY CLIENTS TRUST US WITH GARDEN LIGHTING MAINTENANCE

Most garden lighting issues aren’t caused by poor design — they’re caused by exposure, wear, water ingress and small faults that go unchecked over time.

We provide professional garden lighting repairs and maintenance, focusing on keeping systems safe, reliable and working as intended. Our approach is practical, methodical and focused on long-term performance, not quick fixes.

We work with both domestic and commercial clients to maintain existing lighting systems, whether we installed them originally or not. From intermittent faults and failed fittings to control issues and general wear, problems are diagnosed properly and resolved at the source.

There are no temporary fixes or guesswork. Every repair is carried out carefully, tested thoroughly and completed with reliability in mind — helping prevent repeat issues and unnecessary callouts.

Led by Kyle Gamble, our team combines technical electrical knowledge with hands-on experience of outdoor lighting systems. The result is maintenance work that restores performance, improves safety and extends the life of your garden lighting.

Commercial fit-out — bespoke feature lighting

Gymtro Training Club

Gymtro Training Club is one of St Albans’ best-regarded independent gyms. When founder Baba Oluwole — Kyle’s own trainer — turned a disused first-floor office into his flagship facility, KG Electrical delivered the full electrical fit-out, bespoke feature lighting included.

Omboo at Sopwell House

Sopwell House Hotel

Sopwell House — a Georgian country house hotel near St Albans — transformed its main restaurant into Omboo, a bold Asian-inspired dining concept. KG Electrical, the hotel’s exclusive electricians since 2019, delivered the full electrical refit against a hard opening deadline.

Commercial — interior lighting & kitchen electrical

Thompson St Albans

A 3 AA Rosette, Michelin-recommended restaurant in St Albans, run by chef-patron Phil Thompson. The food was exceptional — but the building’s electrics, inherited and added to across decades, were never built to match it.

Commercial — external lighting design & installation

Garden at Shoe Lane

Shoe Lane, City of London

A public garden between Deloitte’s head office buildings in the City of London, built by award-winning landscaper Landform Consultants. KG Electrical was the only lighting contractor trusted to design and deliver the scheme.

External — full lighting design & install

Oak Beams — External

The Chalfonts, Bucks

A Tudor Revival new build on a private road in The Chalfonts. The client had a garden designer’s lighting plan and knew it wasn’t right — so he handed the whole external scheme to KG Electrical and said: start again.

Internal — lighting, power & full electrical refit

Oak Beams — Internal

The Chalfonts, Bucks

A six-bedroom new build across three floors in The Chalfonts. The electrical design KG Electrical inherited looked fine on paper but didn’t work in practice — so the whole installation was redesigned from first principles.
